By accessing or using Terragate's cloud infrastructure management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Terragate provides a visual cloud infrastructure management platform that enables users to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure through a graphical interface. Our Service includes: • Visual infrastructure editor • Multi-cloud deployment capabilities • Git-based version control integration • Team collaboration features • Policy enforcement and compliance tools

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update any information that changes • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Upload malicious code or content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Terragate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your infrastructure configurations and data remain your property.

Certain features of our Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to: • Pay all applicable fees • Provide valid payment information • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

For paid subscribers, we commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this calculation and will be communicated in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terragate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Terragate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
